Frequently asked questions

How fast can I get my item(s) back?

It depends where is your item located. We try to collect the items at least once in a week from each location, but sometimes it can take 2-3 days longer. The shipping itself usually lasts from 2 to 10 days, it varies from country to country.

How to report the item?

Please note that we do not accept any enquiries
by phone, SMS or Whatsapp. Please scroll down and fill out the report form. We will process the information and make the offer including the pick-up date, and then you will decide, if it suits you or not. IMPORTANT: We do not provide a search service, the item should be ready for collection.

Prohibited items

Keep in mind that not all of the items can be sent by post or courier. We will check if the item is allowed to ship or not when we will get your enquiry. You can find the list of prohibited items in our Terms and conditions page.

What does it cost?

Our service price depends on the location where the item needs to be picked up. Sometimes it is a little further away, and it costs more time, fuel and effort to collect the item. Some airports or hotels charge e.g. Lost And Found item storage or car parking fees. The regulations are different at each location, many aspects should be clarified beforehand, and it can influence the final price.

Do I have to pay any taxes upon the arrival of the item?

No, if you live in one of the EU countries. If you live outside the EU, please contact your country customs department for the possible taxes. 

Shipping method

Depending on the country we use either DHL, DPD or UPS shipping service. Other couriers are also possible.
